  Have had an awful experience buying a dressage saddle. Would NEVER use this saddler again. He came out and 'fitted' the saddle to my horse on 15th December but after riding in it 3 times it was obvious that it did not fit. I contacted the saddler and he had nothing else suitable so i asked for a refund. After 4 weeks of phonecalls and emails it became clear that he was not prepared to refund the money so I have been left with a saddle that does not fit.

  Bitterly disappointed with the service I have received from Parkgate Saddlery. I purchased a Jaguar Saddle from Mervyn I did not like how the sale was handled and subsequently contacted the shop. I was quoted a cheaper price on the phone than what was paid and then fobbed off with excuses. The purchase included a girth which I have still not received 1 month later.
